jess cambronero

Jess (she/her) views yoga as a transformative pathway, leading to more palpable connections to our body, mind, spirit, and community. In her classes, you can expect to find a balanced blend of movement and breath work practices that energize, strengthen and help participants find a deep internal stability. Additionally, she offers practices that cultivate tranquility, soothing the nervous system and facilitating deep relaxation and restoration. Throughout her classes, Jess inspires curiosity and leads students of all levels through an exploration of their unique internal landscapes. She aspires to create an uplifting environment where everyone in the room feels supported on their personal journey. Knowing how important and empowering it is to listen to ourselves and honor our needs, she allows space for everyone to get exactly what they need from their time on the mat. She hopes for this engaged awareness, and self compassion to follow students into their daily lives.

Vinyasa yoga found its way into her life during college in 2009 and she quickly discovered that consistent practice resulted in a totally new relationship to her body and mind. After exploring a range of yoga styles she completed a 200hr yoga teacher training at Kula Yoga Project with Nikki Vilella and other amazing teachers in 2017. Since her initial training, she has continued to study integrative anatomy and completed a training in Self Myofascial Release (self massage/ball rolling) with Jill Miller. Inspired by the benefits of self massage and captivated by human anatomy, she left a career in Fashion Design to focus on becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her other loves include ice skating, rock climbing, time outdoors and making things with her hands. She is so excited and honored to have the opportunity to share yoga with others and continue the lifelong process of learning.
