Brooklyn Flow and Prospect Park Alliance welcome you to join for another year of FREE accessible yoga with the NYC community supported by New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Join hundreds of Brooklynites each week in our treasured Prospect Park to celebrate yoga and wellbeing, featuring Brooklyn's finest yoga teachers.

Yoga will be held on the North Long Meadow Thursdays, 7:00PM - 8:00PM, beginning May 30 through August 29th, 2024 (excluding July 4). All levels and experiences are welcome.

Bring your own mat, water, and friends!

Please note: Our classes are FREE! Prospect Park Alliance and Brooklyn Flow are not affiliated with a new organization (calling themselves “Prospect Park Yoga”) that charges for classes. See our schedule and registration below.

To participate, you must submit your name, email address and acknowledgment that you've read and agree to the waiver below.

By registering here I understand that yoga, as with any physical activity, carries a risk of injury, even serious or disabling, that is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in yoga classes. In consideration for participation in the Prospect Park Yoga series, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation, and I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Brooklyn Flow, LLC, New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and Prospect Park Alliance. My email will be shared with the sponsoring organizations only and will not be shared with any other entity. By participating in the classes I agree to have my photo used for promotional purposes.
