Friday, June 30th - 10:30-11:30AM
Join postnatal recovery and movement expert Lara Kohn Thompson for our monthly group classes, offering personalized postpartum care. Emphasis is often placed on the process of labor and delivery, while little attention is given to the early postpartum period - a crucial and powerful time for a person's recovery, well-being and vitality. This space will include practices that are restorative and support one’s core strength, energy level, and confidence, particularly for challenges like pelvic floor issues, Diastasis Recti, and back discomfort. Bring Baby, or come solo!
