Tuesdays, June 3-24, 2:30pm - IDME is a child-led approach that teaches how best to support your child's easeful movement in the first year+ of life. Helping your baby transition through each milestone with ease and integrated strength now, will help them throughout their moving lifetime.
Saturday, June 7, 3:30pm - We will use strength-based yoga, exclusive abdominal work, mobility moves, and therapy ball massage to target each section of the spine—building resilience where it’s weak and ease where it’s tight.
Sunday, June 8, 12:30pm - Babies enjoy a large play space with toys to grab, pull and climb that encourage them to reach higher levels. Caretakers will learn to support and encourage their baby through curiosity and play, as well as look out for ways that can hinder baby's ability to learn.
Sunday, June 8, 5:30pm - For new and experienced students looking to build the strength required to practice inversions and arm balances. It will offer conditioning techniques for the arms, back, core and legs so that these poses can be approached with safety and confidence.
Sunday, June 8, 6pm - Please join Linda Lopes and Eduardo Martinez-Diaz as they guide you through a series of fascia release techniques to support your physical body while opening your energetic body to receive the vibration of the Sacred Drum.
